ETwarm has followed Taiwan through the age of economic growth and prosperity, as well as the lows of the SARS outbreak, the flooding brought on by Typhoon Nari, the 9/21 earthquake, and the Asian financial crisis. In 2015, the International Real Estate Center (later renamed ETland International Property) was established, to expand our presence into the real estate markets Malaysia, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Japan. In 2017, our trademark was licensed to real estate business operators in Jiangsu Province, China, which elevated our brand awareness in the Chinese market.
