Eastern Natural Beauty Franchisees have expressed to Wang that there are sellers on the internet using the brand name “Eastern Natural Beauty" to sell cosmetics products on e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee and Yahoo Auctions. Products sold fraudulently include Intensive Renewal Cream and NB-1 Repair Essence. Illegal acts such as trademark theft and copyright infringement can severely affect brand image and violate the rights of the company. Reports have officially been made within the legal system. Once the investigation of each e-commerce platform confirms the violation of law, products sold by fraudulent sellers will be removed.
