At present, ETMall has four TV shopping channels and five Chunghwa Telecom MOD channels, reaching 5 million households in Taiwan. Infomercials are broadcast 24 hours a day from the fully-digital HD television studio. Live sets are accompanied by 3D animation to enhance the attractiveness of the infomercials, successfully attracting a large young consumer base. ETMall has 8.8 million members in total.
To ensure consumer rights and safety, ETMall launched the "EHS Select" system. Before it hits the market, every product sold by ETMall goes through over 70 inspection and quality control procedures, including procedures to examine product quality and product safety. To ensure the stability of product quality, randomly selected samples are examined by third party inspection companies during product sales periods; unscheduled factory inspections are also conducted to ensure consumers’ safety.

When Eastern had accumulated eight years of uniquely differentiated operations with ETMall, in 2010, Eastern launched its second shopping website, U-Mall. At launch, U-Mall provided dynamic video, including 15,000 hours of shopping video resources, and achieved a website conversion rate higher than 6%. The market positioning and segmentation strategies proved effective as the sites yielded a brilliant result of NT$2.5 billion in revenues within just four and a half years. They also set records for fastest-growing shopping websites.
Annual revenues for U-mall and ETMall ranked them fourth in 2014 among Taiwanese online shopping websites. As a latecomer to the industry, Eastern is a rising star that continues to climb. Eastern's internet shopping websites were ranked number one multiple times for most competitive prices in EZ Price's 2015 selection of Taiwanese shopping platform operators.
