Good News for Eastern Group! Two Subsidiaries Won Six Awards at The National Brand Yushan Awards ET New Media Holdings Reigns as Industry Leader Winner of Two National First Prizes

The 17th National Brand Yushan Awards were held yesterday evening (Oct. 6), and the final winners were announced. This year, Eastern Group achieved great results, and the subsidiary ET New Media Holdings was awarded the first prize for both Outstanding Enterprise and Most Popular Brand. In addition, ET New Media Holdings and Eastern Natural Beauty also won four categories, garnering the Outstanding Enterprise, Most Popular Brand, and Best Product awards. Gary Wang, president of Eastern Group, said that the Group has been working hard on new media and new retail with the spirit of continuous innovation since its establishment 30 years ago. The National Brand Yushan Awards are one of the most authoritative and prestigious corporate awards in Taiwan, which select the most competitive and high-quality Taiwanese enterprises; the awards are equivalent to national-level certification. At yesterday’s awards ceremony, the awards were presented by former Vice President Chen Chien-Jen, Executive Yuan Vice President Shen Jong-Chin, and Minister of the Interior Hsu Kuo-Yung. In his capacity as president of the Eastern Group and chairman of ET New Media Holdings, Gary Wang received the trophies in person.

This year, Eastern Group won six awards in one go: ET New Media Holdings won the 17th National Brand Yushan Award for Outstanding Enterprise and Most Popular Brand, and also won the first prize for Outstanding Enterprise and Most Popular Brand, becoming the first new media company to win the both the first prize and the Most Popular Brand of the National Brand Yushan Awards. Eastern Natural Beauty also received awards for Outstanding Enterprise and Best Product of the National Brand Yushan Awards.
