Among the winners just announced in the 16th “Top Service Awards” of “Next Magazine”, not only did ETMall win first place in the Online Shopping category, ETWarm also won a prize for the seventh time – first place for Real Estate Franchise Quality. Since 2004, “Next Magazine” has organized the “Top Service Awards” survey every year. It has entered its 16th year this year and the voting period was from 7/15 – 9/20. In this fierce competition with a two-month voting period, where each person has one vote online, a total of 8,053,812 votes were cast to select companies with outstanding service in 18 industry categories. In the online shopping category, ETMall stood out as the clear winner, defeating Shopee and MOMO Shopping, which were in second and third place respectively. In addition, ETwarm won the Real Estate category award for the seventh time, and also won the first place in Real Estate Franchise Quality.
