Taiwan’s most profitable e-commerce company, ETMall, has joined hands with Taiwan’s live-streaming platforms, “JamboLive” and “168money”, to launch the “ETMall EHS Select Double 12 Members’ Day Sale.” JamboLive invited the King of Variety Shows Jacky Wu to join six of their streamers to host the online sales event. These streamers include “Quella,” “Miya,” “Super Goddess A x Livia Guo,” “SSL Korea,” seafood auctioneer “Chun-Ting,” and “Brother A-Lin” of Bai-Fong Livestreaming. The platform “168money” brought together “Niusbaby” and her disciple “Babycheers 168”, as well as “Hi I’m Tammy”. The platform even made an exception by offering a lower price to reward the vast number of ETMall members and followers of the streamers, which set a gold record of NT$10 million in just two hours. Eastern also took the opportunity to announce the support program for the live streaming industry circle for the first time. It is planning to bring together its subsidiary companies ETtoday, the No. 1 new media in Asia, and the Eastern Group platform. It is anticipated that the Group will invest NT$100 million in 2023 to train 3,000 new live streamers and 100 professional live streamers in Taiwan.

Eastern’s partnership with Taiwan’s live streaming platforms, “JamboLive” and “168money” is only a start. In 2023, Eastern will invest NT$100 million. All universities and colleges, as well as people from all walks of life, live streamers and streaming platforms are all welcome to collaborate with Eastern. It is planned that 3,000 new live streamers will be trained to give young Taiwanese who want to fulfill their dreams of becoming a multi-million dollar live streamer a stage to reach their dream where they can showcase their talents. Hands-on training will be provided in the form of mentorship classes, and will offer wonderful prizes such as million dollar prize-money, Hermes handbags, cars, and iPhone 14.”
